We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Parivaar Bazaar. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help! Please read our Returns & Refund Policy below to understand how to return or exchange your items.
Returns
We accept returns on products in unused and unopened condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:
- Contact our customer service team at support@parivaarbazaar.com to request a return authorization.
- Return the product(s) to us in their original condition, along with the packaging and receipt.
- Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process the return and notify you.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
- Items that are damaged after use or outside the return window
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund process usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after we receive the returned product(s).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability. However, typically, any exchange/replaced product are dispatched, shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
